Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic time at Sunset Island Resort! The apartment was impressively clean and tidy, with a spacious lounge area that made our short stay enjoyable. The location was ideal, just a short walk to restaurants and the beach. However, I was caught off guard by some extra charges, especially for late check-out. Overall, it was a great experience, but be mindful of those potential fees.
My stay at this resort was quite disappointing. While I was looking forward to a relaxing holiday, the noise from renovations and lack of basic amenities really put a damper on my experience. The room itself was not clean and I also faced issues with the pool and the overall accessibility of the place. I wouldn't recommend this resort if you're seeking comfort and relaxation.
I had a very pleasant stay at this boutique-style apartment complex in Surfer's Paradise. The rooms were well-cared for and the pool area was a nice touch. It's a quiet location, but still within walking distance to shops and the beach. There were a few minor issues, but overall, it provided great value for money.
I had an overall disappointing experience during my stay. The hotel was overpriced and I felt quite unsafe due to poor security. While the staff did their best in certain areas, the issues with the room layout and cleanliness were hard to overlook. There were some good amenities, but the negatives really detracted from my experience.
We had a mixed experience during our stay. The facility was generally clean and had some great amenities, including a full kitchen, but we faced issues with customer service and minor inconveniences like noise disturbances. Overall, it’s not a place I’d recommend, especially considering the lack of proper management.
